Kara started her organizing journey in Hawaii in 2020, then sharpened her craft as a lead design specialist at The Container Store after moving to Las Vegas. In 2023, she and Maciej founded GONE together — combining her hands-on expertise with his strategic eye for systems.

What does a free consultation include?

Kara comes to your home, walks every space with you, listens to what's been driving you crazy, and leaves you with a clear plan and one honest, clear quote. No obligation, no high-pressure sales.
Do you bring all the products and containers?

Yes. As a Container Store partner, we source, deliver, and install everything — containers, labels, hardware. You don't shop, measure, or assemble a thing.
How long does a typical project take?

A single space (pantry or closet) is usually 1–2 days. Multi-room refreshes run 3–5 days. Whole-home projects are scheduled in phases so your home stays livable throughout.
What happens to everything I'm letting go of?

We sort, bag, and haul away every donation and trash item ourselves. You don't have to make a single trip — we deliver donations to local Las Vegas charities and provide receipts on request.
I'm embarrassed by how bad it is. Will you judge me?

Never. Truly. Most homes we walk into look exactly like yours — that's why you called us. Kara has sat with families through every kind of space, including grief, divorce, and overwhelm. Zero judgment, full stop.
